Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By interacting with the ForgeYields website, smart contracts, or any associated interface, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ForgeYields.

1. Nature of the Protocol

ForgeYields is a non-custodial, smart-contract-based yield optimizer. Users retain full control of their assets at all times through their own wallets. ForgeYields does not hold, manage, or recover user private keys.

All actions deposits, withdrawals, and strategy allocations occur solely through permissioned smart contracts that the user interacts with voluntarily.

ForgeYields is a set of autonomous tools; it is not a financial institution, broker, asset manager, or custodian.

2. No Guarantees, No Advice

ForgeYields does not guarantee:

  • any specific yield, APY, APW, or performance,

  • execution success on underlying chains or bridges,

  • the future value of deposited or redeemed assets.
