# Performance Tracking

* **Two views: Projected vs Realized APY**
  * **Projected yield:** Current route APY from live integrations. Volatile as allocations shift across chains. **Excludes** fees, gas, slippage, and other ops costs. Purpose: forward signal.
  * **Realized yield:** Net, verifiable result from share-price growth. **Includes** all fees, gas, slippage, and execution effects. Typically oscillates around projected since rewards accrue nonlinearly.
* **Measurement**
  * **Realized** is computed from share price change over time, not estimates.
  * **Projected** reflects the instantaneous APR of the active route.
* **Fees**
  * **Management fee** and **performance fee** are **already included** in the displayed **Realized APR**.
  * Projected excludes fees by design.
