ForgeYields (“we”, “our”, “the Protocol”) is a non-custodial, smart-contract-based yield platform.\
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

ForgeYields is designed with **data minimization** in mind. We collect as little data as reasonably necessary to operate the website, improve the Protocol, and maintain security.

### **1. Information We Do Not Collect**

ForgeYields **does not** collect or store:

* Private keys or seed phrases
* Custodial access to funds
* Personal identity data (name, address, ID documents, phone number, etc.)
* Bank or payment information
* KYC/AML data (any KYC is handled solely by third-party on-ramp partners)

You always remain in control of your crypto wallet.

When interacting with the Protocol, blockchain data becomes publicly accessible by design:

* Wallet addresses
* Transaction hashes
* Balance and contract interaction data

ForgeYields does not store this data off-chain; it exists on the public blockchain.

#### **b. Website Analytics**

To improve the interface and user experience, we may use privacy-friendly analytics (e.g. Plausible, or a similar tool).\
These tools may collect:

* Page views and navigation
* Device type and browser
* Country-level geolocation (not precise location)
* Referring sources

No cookies that track personal behavior or identity are used unless explicitly required.

#### **c. Information You Voluntarily Provide**

If you contact us (email, support forms), we may store:

* Email address or username
* Message content
* Optional screenshots or logs you choose to send

This information is used solely to assist you.

#### **d. Technical Logs**

For security and debugging, servers may briefly log:

* IP addresses (short retention)

* Request metadata

This is standard practice for infrastructure stability.

These parties have their own privacy policies, and ForgeYields is not responsible for their practices.
